I am the owner of Beyond Boundaries Strength & Conditioning and a creator of the Building the Ultimate You/Fighter/Athlete Method which is the ONLY formula for people who desire a complete mind and body transformation. HOW QUICKLY CAN I EXPECT RESULTS?
You should start seeing results after the first 3–4 weeks depending on which package you choose. I do not believe in ‘quick fix’ systems as they do not work and I know that it takes at least 12 weeks to make significant changes to your body or performance. Good things come to those who are dedicated!
